Since 2007, the company has grown over 200% along with additional expasion to our warehouse and has fulfilled tens of thousands of orders with unparalleled customer satisfaction. Owner Mark Ragus took over the company in 2002. With a background in engineering, his experience drives Foremost's philosophy of certifying all refurbished equipment we sell performs as good as new. It also drives a pragmatic goal: the equipment we sell is really the equipment you need. We won't try to oversell you on features you don't want. We won't offer a price on a stripped-down refurbished item and then charge you for every cable and connector; our AEDs, EKG's, and monitors come patient-ready! We know the equipment, and many of us have used it in the field. Our sales and biotech staff includes or has previously included: Volunteer EMTs and firefighters, a hospital department administrator, a Navy medic, and an ER doctor, and our staff has an average of six years experience in the medical equipment industry. We can answer questions few other dealers can. Foremost also offers a 5 Day "Right of Refusal" on almost all refurbished units. If within 5 days you find you don't like the device, for any reason, we will work with you to make it right, or you can return it for a full refund. After the initial inspection period, we still guarantee refurbished medical equipment we sell against defects.* * Term of refurbished warranty varies depending on make and model. Does not include the limited items we sell clearly marked "As-Is." New items are covered by manufacturers' warranties and special order items may incur a restocking fee.
